The Fight Club meets from 3-5 pm at 8815 State Line Road, KCMO 64114. It is an open space at near Charleston’s and Torchy’s Tacos so bring a lawn chair. It is outside and covered but no seating. Bring music!
IMPORTANT – To participate in the jam you MUST sign a “hold harmless” agreement. I will understand if you don’t want to sign such an agreement, but DO NOT COME UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SIGN. That’s the agreement we had to make to be able to use this space.
Uke On meets at the Monticello Branch – Johnson County Library generally from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Community Room. The times change occasionally because of library events so be sure to contact Holly for the correct meeting time or visit their Facebook page.
“To sing and strum and have some fun –
and share uke joy with everyone.”
We love playing ukuleles, singing songs with ukes, yacking about ukuleles, and making ukulele friends along the way. The Ukesters welcome all levels of playing skill. Our meetings always begin with focus on beginner basics.
Lawrence Ukulele Players will be meeting the 3rd Mondays at Murf’s (formerly Conroy’s Pub), 3115 W. 6th St. 66049 in Lawrence. We will be in our regular room on the side.
