The Ukes on the Roof meeting is a wonderful venue located in the heart of historical downtown Kansas City meeting on the 5th floor of the library. This small group meets for only an hour and is a perfect meeting for beginners who want to start playing with and meeting other ukulele players. Refreshments are always served!
We love playing ukuleles, singing songs with ukes, yacking about ukes, and making ukulele friends along the way. The Kansas City Ukesters meet from 6:30 to 8:30pm on the second Monday of each month. The meeting place is St Pius Church, 55th & Woodson, in Mission, Kansas. The Ukesters welcome all levels of playing skill, sexes and ages. Our meetings always begin with focus on beginner basics.
Uke On meets on the second Saturday of the month at the Monticello Branch – Johnson County Library generally from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Community Room. The times change occasionally because of library events so be sure to contact Holly for the correct meeting time or visit their Facebook page.
